Many people in Nigeria will remember the DSTV Mobile by MTN through the Nokia 5330 that offered an avenue to be able to watch DSTV on the phone but the phone being a "small" feature phone does not offer the functionality that most Android phones and even the iPhone has.
To be able to watch, you need a device called the DSTV Drifta.
