How to Transfer Music/Videos and Applications to your iPhone with iFunBox

I was at my friend's place the other day and he wanted me to help me to transfer some videos that he downloaded with an app (mxTube) to his computer so that he can watch it on his television so i began searching for an application that can mount i.e view his iPhone 3GS as a memory card instead of iTunes.

So to Google i went and i didn't search for long as i came across this wonderful windows application called iFunBox. It gives you the ability to view you iDevice and to see all the files inside. If you have a jailbroken iDevice, you can even be able to transfer applications to and from your computer to your iDevice.

Enough of my talking, if you own an iDevice and you want this application, head on to  iFunBox's homepage here and tell me what you think about it in the comments.

NOTE: When you download iFunBox and you cannot understand the iPhone file system, press ctrl + f to bring up the search box and type some part of the file name that you are looking for, after doing that hit the enter button and let it search the file system.

  1. My problem with Apple. Whatever happened to the good old "copy & paste"? Thankfully, you can still do that with other platforms

  2. They have always loved the proprietary route and i think that is what differentiate them
