The MoMo(Mobile Monday) event was successfully held yesterday 20th June 2011 and there were plenty new ideas and interaction between people in the Information Technology sector.
A Nigerian tablet was unveiled yesterday and before i go to the specs or anything, i'll love to point out that it's a good improvement seeing tech gadgets like this being made in nigeria.

Specifications are one thing but real life perfomance is another and although the test unit that i saw was not bootable because of a few problems, i know this tablet is just okay for the Nigerian market.
There is also a plan for a nigerian application store for the tablet called the Ovim App Store and there will be plans to upload applications for the tablet that are Nigerian specific.
