I just came across a very useful site that can help you unlock your phone in case you forget the code.
Just go to NokiaLockCode and enter your IMEI number which can be generated by pressing *#06# on your phone standby screen.
After entering your IMEI number, the site will generate a 10 digit code for you to use to unlock your phone.
It works for Nokia S30, S40 and S60 Nokia phones.
